Why Take This Training

We live in very challenging times. Oftentimes it is difficult to know how to help.

But engaging and giving back to those in crisis and need can help with those sentiments of "but what can I do about all of this?" Maybe you are a survivor yourself and/or have a family or friend who has been impacted by interpersonal violence.

At Community Beyond Violence, every day we support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. We provide peer counseling and help navigating community resources to help our clients thrive. We also educate the community through our prevention programs.

As much as we do to help survivors and educate the community, we know this must be a community effort. And that is where you come in! By completing our Crisis Intervention Training, you will be making a huge and positive impact.
